Motul GASMA SAE 40 is a high-performance, mineral engine oil tailored for contemporary 4-stroke natural gas engines—such as generators, industrial gas engines, or stationary gas units. Because many gas engines use aluminium pistons and operate under lean-burn or low emission strategies, GASMA’s low-ash formulation helps prevent deposit formation and spark plug fouling. It also helps improve maintenance intervals, reduce valve wear, and deliver stable operation under continuous load. In the 208 L drum format, this oil is ideal for large industrial or fleet applications where bulk supply is needed. Use it where OEM or engine manufacturer specs call for a 40-grade mineral oil for gas engines, and especially where reduced deposit formation and service life are important.
